2 days is enough to see the Gaudi highlights (Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Casa Batllo), walk the Gothic Quarter, eat tapas and see Barceloneta beach. It is tight but very doable with skip-the-line tickets booked in advance.

Aerobus from Barcelona El Prat airport (BCN) runs every 5 minutes to Placa Catalunya (€7.25, 35 min). Metro L9 Sud takes 32 minutes (€5.50). Taxis cost €30-40 to the city center. Trains R2 Nord connect to Sants and Passeig de Gracia.

Public parks range from $61 to $150 per person including food and drinks. Day passes at resort parks vary. Catamaran cruises and snorkel trips start from around $50 per person with lunch and open bar included.

The cliff jump is approximately 10 meters and you jump at your own risk. Life jackets are available for rent (DOP 50). There is also a safer kids area with shallower water. The zipline drops you into the lagoon from about 10 meters. You must sign a waiver for the zipline.

El Born and the Gothic Quarter for atmosphere and walkability. Eixample for elegance and Gaudi architecture. Gracia for local vibes. Barceloneta for beach access. Avoid staying on Las Ramblas, noisy and overpriced.

Top day trips from Barcelona: Montserrat monastery (1 hour), Sitges beach town (40 min), Girona medieval city (40 min by high-speed train), Costa Brava coves (90 min), Figueres Dali Museum (90 min), and Penedes wine region (45 min).

Sagrada Familia is open 9 AM to 6 PM (March-Oct until 7 PM). Park Guell Monumental Zone is open 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Most tapas bars open 12-16h for lunch and 20-24h for dinner.

Spring (April-May) and fall (September-October) are ideal: warm, less crowded, lower hotel prices. Summer July-August is busiest. Winter is mild (12-18C) with smaller crowds and cheaper prices.
